Our small but mighty team crafts merchandise made to order, and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you find that you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns/refunds with the following conditions.

 

OUR POLICY

You may return your order for a refund of the product cost (minus the original cost of shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee). You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
 

To initiate a return, contact us at: info@donuttimedesigns.com and let us know why you would like to return your item. Please pack the product in its original packaging, arrange for shipping to the address to be provided, and obtain a tracking number. More details will be provided once you initiate the return. Once we receive the return, we will provide a refund.
